Services may include driveway cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, commercial washing, pool deck cleaning, and other exterior maintenance. Full service details are outlined in your estimate or job confirmation.

2. Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection or photo review.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional buildup, staining, or repairs are discovered.
• Final pricing may change if the scope of work is altered or additional services are requested.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur late fees.
• Commercial or scheduled recurring services may require upfront deposits or monthly billing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
• We may reschedule a job due to unsafe conditions such as high winds, rain, or equipment concerns.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge whenever reasonably possible.

6. Warranties and Limitations

• Pressure washing results may vary depending on surface age, material, and condition; therefore, no guarantee can be made that all stains, oxidation, or discoloration will be fully removed.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poorly sealed surfaces, loose paint, failing stucco, or deteriorated materials that may be affected during cleaning.
• Soft washing detergents and pressure levels are selected to minimize risk, but fragile materials may still be susceptible to damage.
• Any warranties or guarantees will be stated explicitly on your estimate if applicable.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to water sources and exterior areas to be cleaned.
• Remove vehicles, furniture, or fragile outdoor items prior to service.
• Secure pets during service for safety.
• Inform us of any surface concerns, weak structures, or known issues at the property.

8. Communications and SMS Policy

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages including confirmations, updates, reminders, and review requests.
• Marketing or promotional messages are only sent if you have opted in.
• You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
• Your phone number and messaging preferences are never sold, shared, or distributed to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

9. Liability and Damages

Double A Powerwashing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design — is the property of Double A Powerwashing. No part of this website may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions, harassment, nonpayment, or policy violations occur.
